Pole Courses

To book into a course, you will be required to book the full course at the time of registering. Once a term has completed, the course fee will expire.

Term Packs can be used to book into both courses and casual classes. Term Packs are available as an upfront fee as well as fortnightly via Direct Debit. When purchasing a Term Pack upfront, you will be given access to all the classes on the pass immediately. For Term Pack fees paid upfront each term, there are no refunds on the balance should you decide not to use classes for the entire term (8-weeks). A Term Pack is also not transferrable.

Booking Procedure

Bookings into classes are preferably done online or through the Mindbody App. Head to our “Timetable” page and click on the “Book Now” button of your desired studio to get to our Mindbody. If you are new to pole dancing and would like to start a beginner’s course, search for Beginner One Pole in the courses section or do a trial class in our Beginner Pole Casual Class.

If you have previous experience and wish to know what level would be right for you, please call the studio 9432 0364 or email us contact@soulindance.com.au.

Payment must be made upon booking & classes cannot be reserved without payment. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased sessions in your account or pay at the time of booking.

Our studios reception hours may differ between locations. Please note that due to the nature of our business, we are not usually open during normal business hours. The best way to book classes 24/7 is online and if you need to get in touch with us, please email us contact@soulindance.com.au with a phone number and we will get back to you as soon as we re-open.

When purchasing a Term Pack via Direct Debit, you will only be given access to the fortnightly allowance of classes listed on the pack. If you miss a class one week, you will need to contact reception to redeem that class at another time with the same term (direct debit customers only). Once a term has competed, all the classes on the Term Pack will expire and cannot be credited into a new term.

Once a Term Pack is purchased, we recommend you book into your desired course/s first in order to secure your spot. Once all desired courses are booked, you can choose the casual classes you prefer with your remaining classes on your pack.

Casual Classes

Casual class payments can only be used for casual classes. You will not be able to use a casual class payment on courses. Casual classes can be purchased individually or in a pack. The expiry for the casual class packs extend the bigger the pack. Please make sure to check the expiry date before purchasing a casual class pack. Casual class packs are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Once a casual class pack expires it cannot be extended.

Introductory Offer
50% off your first class, this class is valid for 1 month after sale date & cannot be extended. Only valid to brand new customers of Soul. You can only purchase an Introductory offer once. The Introductory Offer is non-refundable however, you can transfer it to another person before the offer is redeemed. Introductory offers are not transferrable between studios.

Warm Up & Safety

We understand that sometimes uncontrollable circumstances affect students getting to classes on time but we ask that every effort is made to arrive on time. The warm up part of our classes are essential to help prevent injuries and therefore students arriving after the warm up will be responsible to warm up by themselves before joining the rest of the class.

Studio Owners and/or Instructors reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and Studio Owners and/or Instructors reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance by their doctor.

Timetables and Minimum Number

Timetables are subject to change at any time and teachers listed are not guaranteed. Classes and courses require a minimum of 3 people to run.

We recommend you download the MindBody app or look at our website after 5.00pm daily to check what classes have been confirmed for the day or added/deleted from the timetable. Weekend classes are confirmed the night before by 9.30pm.

You will be contacted via text, phone or email should a class/course be cancelled. So please make sure we have the correct contact details for you on MindBody. To avoid disappointment, classes can be booked once your classes have been purchased and timetable is made available.

If a course doesn’t reach the minimum number required to run when the term starts, it will be cancelled/changed and you will be notified. You will then have to option to transfer to another class or receive a full refund.

Full refunds are only granted if we have cancelled a course altogether. Casual classes can change/cancel on a weekly basis depending on client demand.

Soul reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.

Make Up Classes

Once a term has started, all classes have a minimum 5 hour notice requirement for cancellation.

Cancellations need to be made more than 5 hours prior to your class beginning. We understand sometimes unforeseeable circumstances can arise, but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients across all studios therefore NO exceptions will be made.

Late cancellations and non-attendance will incur a lost session. We recommend you download our the MindBody app to manage your bookings conveniently.

You will be able to take yourself out of future classes that you can’t attend and book yourself into a ‘make up’ class. You can do your make up in the same level or lower or a casual class if it’s made up within the same term and the same location.

Practice Sessions

Clients can use the studio to practice outside of class time only during advertised practice sessions and if they have this service paid on their account. Use of studios outside of advertised practice sessions times is not allowed unless a private studio hire has been booked & a staff member on duty has been made aware that you are occupying the room.

When using the studio outside of practice times you agree that you are responsible for your own warm up, safety and agree not to instruct others within the same studio. You agree that you are aware that you are not covered under our insurance policy should you take the risk of instructing other students or practicing tricks beyond your skill level and are taking the entire risk upon yourself. You must also sign a practice waiver at reception every time you attend the studio to practice. We always require you to use a crash mat when attending unsupervised practice sessions.

Gender and Age Limits

Please note that Soul is a gender friendly studio and adults from all walks of life are welcome to do any of our classes. Pole dancing classes are restricted to people over the age of 16 years, however all our non-pole dancing classes welcome all teenagers with parents’ permission. Children younger than 16 are not permitted in our studios and are not to be left in the reception area or the studio while you attend classes.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund on courses or term packs is allowed (minus the cancellation fee of $50 per course) if more than 14 days’ notice is given before the commencement of the course.

You may also transfer your deposit to another course within the same term if there are places available. Soul does not offer refunds under any circumstances once a course has commenced. It is advised that you make sure you can commit to an entire term before booking in. Soul may offer a credit note if you need to discontinue classes for a medical reason but please be aware that this is not guaranteed so we recommend you make sure you are physically capable to complete each term. Any requests for a credit note/transfer must be made in writing to contact@soulindance.com.au.

If you have a pre-existing injury, we highly recommend you get clearance from your doctor to participate in this type of physical activity before you book in as we cannot guarantee transfers once a course has started. It is your responsibility to make sure you can commit to the entire duration of your course before you register for it as we cannot guarantee refunds/transfers due to changes of circumstances once a term has commenced.

Term or casual class packs cannot be refunded or transferred once any class on the pack has been used. If no classes have been redeemed, you may transfer the pack to a friend.

In regard to Workshops and Private Lessons, as these are one off events, there are no cancellations/transfers or refunds if you change your mind or can’t make it. We suggest you make sure you can make it before booking. Private Tuition singularly or as a pack can be shared with up to three people in total however the purchaser must be present at all sessions. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to reschedule/cancel any private lesson. Less notice than this will result in a lost session.

Injuries and Pregnancies

If you have any current injuries that interfere with normal exercise or you may be pregnant, we require a certificate from your doctor confirming you are able to participate in any of our classes. If we have granted a credit to you for an injury and you wish to return, you will need to provide a new letter from your medical practitioner stating you are now able to participate in pole dancing again. Once a credit note is issued, should you return and re-injure yourself, a second credit will not be granted.


A deposit is required to secure a time & date for any party booking. Once a deposit has been made, if a booking wishes to cancel the party, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice in order to issue a refund minus a $100 admin fee. The balance of the party will need to be paid on day of the party.

Direct Debits
In addition to our normal policy, our Direct Debit Term Packs also incurs extra conditions:

Minimum Term
Your minimum term on a Term Pack is 8-weeks as at the start of the term you are booking into. Once the minimum term has been completed, your direct debit will automatically cease. If you wish to continue into a new term, you will need to arrange a new direct debit in studio.

There are no cancellations or suspensions on available on Term Packs.

Direct Debit Payments

Direct debits are set to Mondays of each fortnight of the term. When purchasing a Term Pack via Direct Debit you will need to pay the first fortnight at the time of booking in order to secure your place in any courses.

It is your responsibility to make sure the funds are in your account at least one day prior to deductions. If a payment declines you will not be able to attend any classes until payments have been caught up.

Personal Indemnity
I agree that Soul is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Soul or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Soul does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a Soul staff member.
