We want YOU to become part of our community of like-minded individuals who are empowered through pole and fitness and find their soul through dance.
Why Start Pole Dancing at Soul Greensborough?

1. A Workout That Doesn’t Feel Like One
At Soul, we believe fitness should be fun. Pole dancing gives you a full-body workout—building strength, flexibility, and coordination—without the dread of a “normal” gym routine. You’ll feel yourself getting stronger each week, often without even realising how hard you’re working.

2. Confidence That Shines Inside and Out
Every spin, climb, and trick is a little win to celebrate. As you progress, you’ll not only see your skills grow but also your self-confidence. We love watching our students discover just how much their bodies are capable of, and start to feel proud of themselves in new ways.

3. A Community That Feels Like Family
Walking into Soul is like joining a group of instant cheerleaders. Our students and instructors are welcoming, supportive, and always ready to celebrate your journey—whether it’s your very first class or your hundredth
Questions we get asked all the time….
How old do I need to be to start pole dancing at Soul?
You Need to be 18 years old.
I have no upper body strength, will that be a problem?
Not at all, our classes are beginner friendly so no previous fitness or strength needed to join our beginner pole course or casual classes.
Do I need any dance or flexibility experience?
Nope all our casual classes are designed for complete beginners.
What do I bring? What do I wear?
Just come to the studio in active wear, bring a water bottle and wear a pair of runners. For pole courses/classes, if you’re comfortable wearing shorts bring a pair as we use our skin to grip onto the poles.
How do I book into my first class?
You can book your first class by calling the studio of your preferred location, book through the link above or booking through our Momence app.
How early should I arrive for my first class?
Please arrive 15 mins before your first class starts. This way our receptionists can show you around so you can become familiar with the studio. You will also have time to fill out our client registration form.
When is payment for my classes due?
Payment needs to be made to secure your spot in each class. Due to our small class sizes to reserve your spot we require payment in full. If you are booking into an 8 week course we will hold your spot if you are on a direct debit payment plan.
What if I don’t want to wear shorts ?
If you don’t fill comfortable wearing shorts, you don’t have to. You can complete your class in leggings/pants. We only recommend shorts as it is easier to do pole tricks in as we use our skin to grip onto the poles.
Do I need to wear heels in class?
Only if you want to, so bring a pair with an ankle strap so your shoe will stay on while you pole dance.
